For the last half a dozen sales, clicking on “Purchase label” link has lost its functionality, please let me explain, 95% of my items listed with the shipping option of “Parcelforce 48H tracked signed for” delivery, and for the last 20+ years, clicking on the “purchase label” would automatically select this shipping policy and display it as “buyer selected”
For the last week or so, this interface has gone berserk, where the “Parcelforce 48H tracked signed for” has disappeared and replaced with PF 48H over-sized (for almost twice the cost)
Checking back on item listing page, still shows my selected shipping policy that I set during item listing i.e. “Parcelforce 48H tracked signed for”
Now I have to go directly to Parcelforce, do it all manually, check & double-check that parcel is posted to the correct address, get a PF ref no. get it interpreted to a tracking code, then manually post it on eBay
What used to take 30 seconds to purchase & print, now takes almost an hour, cost twice as much, and doesn’t automatically add tracking number to the shipped item
What is making the situation even worse is, that I cannot list any new items since the “select shipping policy” interface with its choice drop downs, policies & prices” has all become greyed out and non-functional
Talking to C/S is like talking to a bunch of kids, and all I get is a load of un-related cut & paste.
Could anyone help please?
