I can't enter an item price "Something went wrong, try again later"

This has been happening since yesterday, on the item price entry it says in red writing underneath "something went wrong, try again later". This happens when I enter a "buyer will pay" price, it erases whatever I've entered into the item price, and comes up with the error.

This is desktop only, it still seems to work ok on my phone. I have tried resetting laptop/logging out etc.

Anybody else have this issue?

Do you have to select “buyer will pay” and will it accept the alternative.

I would say that “buyer will pay” also means if something goes wrong with postage, buyer gets the refund, even if you have to buy postage outside ebay, leaving you out of pocket.
