I can't accept Seller sent offer

the seller sent me an offer but when i press review offer it just takes me to the listing and I cant accept the offer. This might be because i sent offers myself to the seller and they where auto declined but i dont see why that would effect it.

If you sent 3 offers and each were declined,  then yes it may affect an offer being sent to you.

Send the seller a message to lower the Buy it Now price on the eBay listing to the price agreed now with the latest offer,  and you can buy the item that way,  and proceed to pay at eBay checkout.
