I brought two suede jackets new with tags

I brought two suede jackets described bran new with tags. When l received them separately ,l inspected them both all over.

One jacket l look at the inside cuffs and inside of the jacket and stretch waist band l knew it had been worked even though the tag was still attached.

The other jacket ,there was marks to the neck ,and few other marks.the tag was there but the price was taken off.

I messaged the seller she totally denied wearing them both.and said they were kept on hangers.

She got really off with me.l know suede if worn it goes a bit fuzzy like a cardigan bobbles.when new suede is hard and flat.

She said return them ,l will take back to zara.no way would they except them like that if worn.l knew she was lieing ,l really wanted wanted the first jacket because it was sold out.and trusted her on both jackets .l asked for a partial refund of 40.00 and one ,because the Jacket was £200 .she said no.l won't make any profit.what a cheeky.l agreed to a partial refund of £20.

But after checking the jackets l found more marks.

I think she lied to me big time and lm sure she brought one of the jacket before on eBay a week before from another seller.

As l have excepted a partial refund.but changed my mind after looking further can l open a return request and send that one back.

Should l report this.

Should l leave this in the seller feedback.

I'm sure she's laughing at me .

What should l do .l sell on eBay and would never do that.

This is the third time lve brought something.that is sopposed to be bran new .when it inst.

The seller hasn't agreed to a partial refund which is their prerogative.  The items are not as described,  so just open 2 separate return cases this way for a full refund.

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

Just proceed this way:

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

Open a case for each item.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.
