I am missing out on offers from sellers because I don't know they've made an offer. I'd like offers from sellers to be sent to my email, but this isn't happening even though I have "Offers to buyers" ticked in my Communication Preferences.
I can see I'm not the only one with this issue recently, and that there is no suggested solution posted anywhere. So this is a forlorn hope maybe that someone has an idea?
(I get other eBay emails, and I have checked my spam filters.)
