Hi
I ordered something in error on Xmas eve afternoon and cancelled within an hour.
The seller has not shipped the item but rejected the cancellation and is giving me excuse that it's eBay fault, that she can't get the app to accept it and suggested I contact eBay, which seems to be impossible. EBay I assume will see the communications between myself & the seller.
Can anyone please advise an email address for eBay customer services?

Its not 30 days since the 24th December, the OP is in time for an item not received claim.

The false positive feedback the seller left you says that you have opened a case.
What case have you opened and when?
