Since the implementation of simple delivery everything became anything but simple.
I sell my quad posters rolled in tubes which are approximately 90cm in length. On the listed sizes of the parcel there are no tubes. If I pick medium sized parcel, the tube will exceed the length measurement, triggerring the damn ParcelForce to contact me afterwards demanding some admin fees.
There is an option "bulky parcel" which covers the length, but it is for parcels up to 30kg, which naturally infers greater prices. So instead of paying £5 for delivery me or the bayer will need to pay £13 or so, which is ridiculous for a parcel less than 1kg.
On top of that, I do not see the option to organise my own delivery, i.e. not use the prapaid label that limits me to only the suggested options and just order the right one directly from Royal mail / Evri.
