It's not a matter of gaining more sales on a Business seller account, it's a case of being registered correctly when selecting which account to sell on.
A Private account is one for selling your unwanted used items, say a garage, wardrobe, attic clear out, a Business account is one for selling all Brand New items, items you have bought to sell, or items you have made.
Sales are low for everyone, you're not alone !

You are correct you should be a business account as your about me states that you are a re seller. By being a business account you will not be subject to bpf and not have to use simple delivery.
it’s very easy to register correctly on eBay and you wouldn’t lose your listings or feedback etc.

Changing your account to a business account will not mean an increase in sales but it will mean you are trading legally. There will be fees to pay to Ebay.
For me, the issue with your items is the prices.
Secondhand clothing is a really competitive market and, looking at your clothes, I thought the prices were very high. This is a completely personal view, but I would rather go to a charity shop where I can see and handle the clothing, try it on, pay less than half what you are asking, help a charity and not have to pay postage.
Maybe experiment with reducing prices - you may have to choose between selling fewer items or selling more for less money.
Do upgrade to a business account, at the very least have a 14 day return policy so buyers can purchase confidently, knowing they can return an item that doesn't fit, isn't quite what they were expecting etc.
