Hi I cannot get the required photos downloaded to the ebay page when I have already sent to seller's email. This stops me progressing.  I cannot get hold of ebay and the seller is denying they sold me a dirty used Vax hand held car vacuum cleaner.

You can only escalate and ask Ebay to step in through an opened case.

So, you do need to find a way to add at least one photo to your return case.

It does not have to be a photo you have taken.

You can copy and paste a photo from the original listing so you can submit the return case to Ebay.
