How to get a summary of ebay purchases to submit as business expenses for self-employed tax return

Hi,

I'm a self-employed campervan converter (UK) and I order loads of small tools and components from eBay.

The last tax return I did, it was an incredibly painstaking process of having to go through every single purchase and manually download the receipt, save it to my PC and upload to quickbooks.

I think it's pretty unlikely I'll ever get investigated so putting this amount of effort in seems like a bit of a waste of time but I was hoping I could just get an annual summary of everything that I've purchased with sellers and order numbers which I could refer HMRC to if they ever asked for proof of all these expenses.

Please let me know if there's any easy way to do this and save me hours and hours of wasted time!

I'm below the VAT threshold so don't need VAT info, I think just item name, date, seller and order number will suffice.

Thank you
