How do you change the dimensions on a parcel you are advertising.

I cannot alter the dimensions on an item I am selling. All I get is one option for a small package. I need to send something 115 cm and less than 1 kilo.

Thank you for your post.

We are aware of an issue with with the oversized dimensions for Simple Delivery and its currently being worked on by our product team.

In the meantime there is a workaround that will allow sellers to ship items up to 120cm in length. To do this sellers need to set their postage preferences on Simple Delivery to Evri only. When listing the item, select the medium parcel preset associated with the appropriate parcel weight. The max dimension will still show as 61x46x46cm however Evri will accept parcels once no side exceeds 120cm in length. Please note drop off at Evri lockers is not possible for items over 61cm.
