Simple delivery - Complaint

How can I make a complaint to eBay about simple delivery? It being forced onto us is awful. I have endless problems with simple delivery and it makes my life so much harder. I have been selling for years with over 1.1k items sold, why should I have to use simple delivery to use subpar carriers and go through extra problems on top of that. Ebay is really going downhill with these forced changes. I see countless people saying the same all over forums and twitter, so why don't they listen? I can see why people are leaving the platform, and as a result I have started using other platforms too, and will continue to do so until the option to not use simple delivery returns.

Simple delivery - Complaint

Once ebay decide on a system, then they know they are right, and will not go back to a sensible way that worked. It is all down to greed and getting rid of private sellers.

Ebay do not appear to understand the many meanings of Simple, but seem to have adopted the Simple Simon approach.
