Click on the more actions arrow for the item on your sold list and use the Send Refund link. You will be able to change the amount on the next page before you submit.
But if it's for postage bear in mind that with Simple Delivery (if it was on your listing) when a postage label is not used it is automatically refunded in 30 days to the buyer if they paid for it.
