I bought an item via ebay and it hasn't arrived - the firm don's answer rhe phone and   emails to them bounc eback

How do I reprt a fraud?

Proceed this way now.


As the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

Thank you for that. Thstrange thing is that it is not coming up as a recent purtchase which leads me to suspect they've created a false EBay account to scam people like me. I'm trying to reort the matter to Ebay but can't get through to anybody.

How do I reprt a fraud?

You do not need to make any separate report,  all cases are registered with eBay,  if many of the same occur, it will raise red flags to eBay,  and eBay then take actions against the seller involving sanctions,  restrictions even bans.

 

Cases do work, they are very effective.

 

Open that case that's all you need to do.
