How do I rename & delete folders in Messages

Hi,

   I cannot figure out how to rename folders or just delete them in the Messages. I am using desktop firefox and not the App.  If I install app, can I do it through that?

Preferably use a laptop / PC  with Chrome, and not the app or mobile browser, not sure if it's possible on the latter devices, then click on your Messages.

Top left click on the little arrow next to Messages.

From the left sidebar which appears,   scroll down to Folders, click on the folder you wish to delete, then click on the dustbin icon that appears.

I press the delete button but nothing happens. I think that button is for deleting messages only.

Nope,  I successfully deleted my folder as a ' test'.

Which device are you using?  If the app or mobile browser,  switch if you can to a laptop / PC and use Chrome try from there.

Are you in the correct place , Folders are found from the left sidebar which pops up after you click on arrow next to Messages ,  top left.

Firefox but I just tested it on Microsoft Edge now. This is what I see:

Most odd, and when you click on Folder 1,   does the dustbin icon above the pigeon not ' light up' to delete?

No. That's rather annoying. Is it because I have a private account and not business?
