How do I invoice a buyer for 2nd postage cost?

Hi everyone,

I sold an item and used an ebay postage label to send it to the buyer.

Unfortunately he hadn't updated his address on his account and the package went astry.

2 months later it has been returned to me and I contacted the buyer.

He is willing to pay a second postage cost to have it re-sent.

I cannot find a way of sending him an invoice - that option isn't in the drop down box alongside the sale.

Any suggestions, please?

I wonder whether ebay will charge another fee for the postage cost - I have discounted the postage for the buyer.

Cannot be done through ebay, unless you listed again, which involve cancelling the first sale which would refund postage.

Has to be done using paypal, bank transfer or cheque.

OK, thanks for the advice.

In the end it was easiest to cancel the order, refund the buying cost and re-list.

Then the buy can start again if he wishes.
