How do I get paid?

I just posted my item with royal mail and wasn't given a tracking number, how do I get paid? eBay says you now get paid once an item is arrived but with no tracking number they don't know when it does. 

I don't get eBay's new system, do I just never get my money??

If you used Royal Mail and paid for a tracked service, then the tracking number is on the receipt.

You would then either have to edit the tracking which ebay automatically loads, or contactvebay and request they do it.

Without tracking money is released after 14 days.
