How do I access £5 credit promised by ebay for switching to using ebay app, please. I would like to use £5 to help pay for item purchased but cannot locate it. £5 has to be used by 28 Feb.

What did the T&C's tell you about the £5 offer if you use the app.

You have to use a Pc to view the code in your my ebay,then use the app to enter the said code into the "coupon section" on the pay page before you pay.
