I'm hoping someone can help please?
I have requested a refund from a seller for what I believe are non-authentic products and the seller has agreed to the refund but does not agree with the reason why. The seller has provided an address to return the product back to them - in China - but not a postage label. I have contacted the seller and they are replying but not specifically about the label and it has been a week. It is a 20 unit order. The button to request ebay to step in appears to be missing for me and I have tried using the virtual assistant but didn't find it useful. Can anyone suggest another way please?
