I can only see my purchase history up to 4 years I would like to see all
is this possible or may be up to 8 years can you help

4 years is the limit in purchase history. So no we can’t help go back further.

Go to purchases page, on right side see orders, click that and options appear back to 2017.

Click on See Orders at top right of your purchases list and it should go back to 2017. If not try using a different browser.
