I have paid for a sack off dog food which has been delivered to an adress that is not me I have contacted seller who is not replying.. I rang the courier and give them the tracking number I got off seller to be told it s not a tracking number can u help please

if courier says it is not a tracking number then seller has no proof of delivery, so open A NOT RECEIVED CASE. If he then produces a real proof of tracked delivery then you can speak to courier again with correct information.
