Hi i get fake tracking number from seller.
I get 1Z14V3880348739304 tracking number ups 
but this ship to To GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL US not to my to my Shipping address.

Glendale is a hub for the US Global shipping programme,  it will be sent to Algeria from there.

I asked UPS about the package's destination. They told me it was shipped to the United States

Where is the seller based, and where did you want the item sent to?

It is highly unlikely to be a fake tracking number.

You don't understand how global shipping works.  The seller has used UPS to send the item from their premises to the global hub, as per the tracking.

Once at the hub, a different carrier, or maybe UPS but with different tracking, will be booked to get it to you in Algeria.

As papso22 says your seller will send your item to Glendale Heights by UPS which is eBay shipping centre,from there it will be sent to you in Algeria by another carrier.

Yes, I did.  You were asking them about an ebay process that UPS support won't understand. 

No redirection is required.
