please am new to ebay and am trying to list my product but i keep getting the this error massage

Product import to your store(s) has failed. eBay error: There is missing information on your eBay seller account. https://bill.ebay.com/billing/selleraccount. To learn more, please read the article.

i have looked at my acc all looks fine with my bank details. i tried communicating with the chat box but i seem to going round in circles. please is there a ebay phone number? i desperately need to resolve this on the phone.

There is no phone number for eBay,  it's a Call Back option. Automated chat is available out of ' normal' eBay  'office hours'.

Looks like something is missing from your set up for eBay's Managed Payments , see here:

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
