Hi . I've had a item picked up but forgot to scan the collection code . How do i fix please

Send your buyer a message for them to send you that code,  then you can manually enter those numbers on the order details,  where it states Confirm Collection.

Advise your buyer they should find this code either in their emails,  or in their eBay messages.
