I recently bought a doll from ebay but shortly after the seller deleted there account the tracking still says the item has not been posted and I still dont have a delivery date so I requested to cancel the order thinking I got scammed 5 days later after buying the item nothing had changed How do I go about this?

You should still be able to find the purchase and open a case for item not received.

The seller cannot close their account with recent transactions.    They will have been suspended by ebay.    If the item is not on your purchase list  you should contact your payment provider and see if they can help with a refund.
