Can someone advise me what to do. Bought an item 2 months ago now and it came bent so I contacted the seller he said he would send another waited a month but nothing came. So I asked for a refund he agreed to this but now another month has gone and I've still not received that either. I've got all the messages that were sent backwards and forwards as proof of what was agreed

I am sorry but it's too late to do anthing via ebay.   The seller knew this and has used delaying tactics.   ebay claims have to be started within 30 days of delivery.   All you can do now is contact your payment provider direct and see if they can help with a refund.

Ohhhh so that’s why his been stalling all this time???? That’s brilliant I’ll be leaving them a very negative feed back . Thank u for your help
