eBay took my money but didn't place my order.

Hello, I bought some stuff from eBay, and when I paid for the order it gave me a payment error. However, they took the money from my bank account via SMS. 

I contacted the sellers to see whether they received my payment, but sadly, they didn't.

I don't know what to do, this is my first time ordering something from eBay, and it's already not working. 😞
