Open case as he won’t accept returns or refund money

How do you escalate to get a full refund back. I bought 2 hoodies original listing had brand gildan which I wanted he sent me cotton ridge hoodies which are too big in size. He refuses to accept the returns and won't send me any refund regards cliff

Buyers are protected by eBay's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee against their item not being as described.

Simply open an eBay return and select the 'doesn't match description or photos' reason.

Your seller should then issue a pre-paid returns label. If they don't, then after 3 business days you'll see an option appear to get eBay involved. Use this, and they'll issue you with a label.

Have you already opened a case?  If you haven't, follow the instructions from @*vyolla* 

Business sellers have to accept returns.

If you have opened a case and the seller refused to accept a return, did you use the reason that the items were the wrong size or didn't fit?

A private seller would be able to refuse a return if you chose that reason.
