I have an order I made 4 weeks ago that never arrived.
im in the most frustrating eBay loop of unhelpful links that don’t work and zero options to contact the seller.
on one page it will show me my order then when I try to get help it says the order doesn’t exist! It’s driving me potty.
im thinking as it’s been 4 weeks I should just do a chargeback with the credit card company showing screenshot evidence of order and unhelpful links that don’t work from enay but wondered if anyone knows how I could actually speak to eBay f it’s even possible due to them saying order not happened
