Help on fake item

Good morning, please i purchased a laptop computer few days ago. The seller descriptions says its 16gb ram and 512gb rom. When i received the laptop, i realised the laptop is 8gb ram, the mouse not working, bluetooth not working and the wifi is also not working, even the laptop is fake lenovo not original. I clicked on returned item but the barcode given to me is not working and i mistakenly cancelled it. So ebay is saying i can't returned it since have closed the return status. Please what can i do or should i report to police because the seller is not replying my messages.

It's worth contacting ebay CS as we have heard of similar instances where they have manually opened a case after one has been cancelled in error.

Otherwise you could try your funding source.

I contact customer service and they told me they can't opened a new one for
me unless i contact the seller and he agrred to do so. The problem is that
the seller is not replying me. Maybe i should report to police because i
can't leave my £170 for him.

That answer from ebay CS is nonsense.  It might be worth another go when they open at 8.00.

The police won't be interested, you lost out by not understanding how the money back guarantee works.
