Evri and automated chat bots

Yet another case of having to use Evri. The item hasnt arrived as the driver doesnt seem to want to deliver after its flagged ''out for delivery'. Cannot get past the chat bots that dont think theer is a problem.  If you dont use the Ebay system you dont get paid for a month so who can tell me how to get in contact with a human...  any human that works for Ebay or Evri..

I did have success contacting Hermes/Evri once when I chose an option to setup an account and spoke to a very helpful lady who sorted that problem, but that avenue is now closed...

I take it from the above you are the seller?

Simple Delivery is now mandatory for Private sellers,  so if your buyers do not receive their item, they open a case for item not received,  and eBay take over,  they refund the buyer,  and you get to keep the payment for the item.
