1. Timeline of Events (English)

 

 

  • Initial Purchase & Shipment
    • I purchased two items (Maison Margiela shoes and Jil Sander vest).
    • The seller provided two tracking numbers: A and later B.
  •  
  • Forwarding Agency’s Confirmation
    • My forwarding agency reported they never received these items.
    • They requested delivery proof for both tracking numbers.
  •  
  • Delivery Investigation
    • The seller later informed me that B was linked to UK domestic tracking number DPD A.
    • However, DPD system showed delivery was not completed.
    • My forwarding agency also confirmed that no parcels were received under B or under my name.
  •  
  • Financial Loss
    • Out of the total value, only appx 90% was refunded.
      → This resulted in a 10% (appx) of value shortfall.
    • In addition, I had to pay 22% (appx)GBP in unnecessary customs clearance fees due to Lithuania → UK consolidation.
    • Total confirmed financial loss 28% (appx).
    • Moreover, I have already lost over one month of time dealing with this unresolved case.

  • Seller’s Retrieval
    • The seller later confirmed that the parcel under B was retrieved.
    • However, no proper resolution, replacement, or compensation has been provided to me.

 

2. Request to eBay (English)

 

 

I kindly request eBay’s assistance to resolve this matter fairly.

 

Specifically, I ask for:

 

  1. The seller to resend the items immediately.
  2. Shipment to be arranged separately, ensuring no further customs clearance fees will be charged to me.
  3. The missing amount and the unnecessary customs fees to be considered in the resolution.
  4. If necessary, I am willing to repay the original product cost, provided the seller sends me a secure payment link through eBay and guarantees delivery without additional charges.

 

 

I respectfully request eBay’s intervention in order to protect me as a buyer and ensure a fair outcome.
