Have not received replacement

Earlier this month I ordered a costume and when it arrived it was a lot smaller than expected. I contacted the seller asking if I could exchange for a larger size. I explained that the item had not even been tried on and I could send it back so they could resell. The seller agreed to send a larger size and there was no need to send back the item received. It has been over 2 weeks now and not received a replacement so I have gone to contact the seller to chase it up and their account is no longer available. Is there anything I can do now as the time window for a refund has passed and I'm stuck with an item that is several sizes too small. I wouldn't be as bothered but it was a birthday present for my son and was the 1 thing he asked for

Have not received replacement

If the seller is no longer on eBay ,  eBay themselves must have removed them for some breaking of selling regulations.  A seller cannot remove their own account if they have had recent transactions.

 

Contact eBay Customer Services they should be able to help you with a refund,  but not a replacement.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
