I recently sent an item through Evri And then fight to find It hadn’t been delivered but been destroyed but stated on the website that it was too damaged that It’s hard to get a refund from them. You have to go through another of eBay’s post it because you can’t get a human to talk to just some bot that sent you round in circles you can’t claim from them you have to go through the eBay system or phone. eBay was helpful. I managed to get a refund of £25 okay? It Covered the loss of the item, but not the profit I should’ve made off of it. Had to wait 14 days before I can put in a claim. Have anybody had dealing with Everi?. I actually spoke to a human being from eBay to point me in the right direction have you had your parcel undelivered damaged or Stolen from this company but could only spoke Through some useless chat system.
