Hacked account

I’ve just advertised an expensive item on my eBay account but when I checked it’s not in my items I’m selling. I’ve looked for the watch & it’s on eBay but on someone else’s account! I cannot remove it as it’s not on my eBay. I cannot get to speak to anyone at eBay.

Are you sure that you haven't accidentally opened another eBay account either in the past or recently, and signed into that and listed your item?

If you select to sign in via FaceBook or Google it can open a new account.
