Hacked account suspended

Hi, please I need urgent help!

my account has been hacked and I can not login to change the password as the account is now suspended. The chat is unhelpful and just gives me a phone number. I ran the number and it just sent me a link back to the chat!! Very unhelpful! I have just sold an item for £150 and I need to release the money into my account so desperately need to login!!

You'll need to report this asap to Customer Services , you'll receive a call back from the link below, hopefully Dublin will answer.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
