HELP messaging problems

HEEEEElp oh my word has anyone else had this pulling my hair out!!!! All of a sudden my android phone using ebay main site not the app can't send or receive messages to my customer's via ebay text??? Can see the list but can't reopen anything have tried clearing and cleaning phone nothing seems to work??? Would really appreciate help:0(

Yep,  you are not alone,  many members reporting issues with messages on the app or mobile browser.  We're told eBay are aware and working on the technical problem. 🤔

For now to read your messages,  switch if you can,  to a laptop / PC and Chrome,  that combo seems to work fine.
