Hi.
I have received a large card sign that is damaged and creased and I have contacted the seller as it came loose in a box with no internal packaging. They are not going to do anything about it and are saying that it was packaged correctly and it is out of their control. What can I do now as used to be able to open an ebay dispute as I am disappointed as it is for an event next week...
