Guest purchase

Hi there I hope someone can help . Here goes .

I ordered some Lego figures for my grandson As a Guest with my main email on the 28th of  November. Anyway only just realised they never arrived. After the 28th I did set up an account with my main email . 

Anyway the order of the 28th isn't there obviously. There is no way to track it at all. I went down the guest tracking ect , they sent a link it's blank . Can't contact seller as it keeps bringing me to my account  please help
