Hello there, so I do have an eBay account but accidentally made a purchase without even really realising that I wasn’t signed in. The two items I purchased were described as authentic and real and there were no negative reviews that I could see. Day or two after making the purchase I found new reviews on the seller’s account saying they were fakes and it was falsely advertising! My two guest purchases haven’t arrived yet and aren’t due until 2nd May. But I want to refund- do I have to wait until they’ve arrived to begin this process? And how do I do this as guest? Thank you!
