Recently sold a used for restoration violin to a chap in the USA via the global shipping hub and a week after receiving it he says it has a small crack and is not fit for purpose this is after trying to tune it and breaking one of the strings return reason defective who's responsibility is the return GSP or mine because it looks like from the returns request it surprisingly falls on me whereas the global shipping states once it arrives and leaves their UK hub it is no longer my concern quite confusing.

If the buyer claims that the item has arrived damaged (during transit) and selects this reason for a return then the GSP would be liable for the refund.
