Global shipping problem

I sold a watch to a buyer in USA on 27th January this year. This was sent via the Global Shipping Programme and was received by the HUB on 29th Jan as can be seen by the tracking info. As of 18th March the buyer has raised a case against me and wants a refund as says they never received the item.  Surely the claim is not against me but against the HUB as it was them that sent the item to USA ?  Ebay has frozen my funds on account and I am very unhappy.Screenshot 2025-03-18 at 10.03.54.png

When a buyers open a not received case with GSP you need to state in the case details that this was a GSP sale and you the seller are not responsible once it leaves the Hub.

Ebay automatically put your funds on hold if a buyer opens a case.

As long as you can prove delivery to the hub, as you assume, you are not responsible if the item then gets lost.

Use the link below to contact Ebay Customer services.

Explain that you used GSP and it got safely to the hub, and ask them to close the case and release your funds.
