You may just have to be patient.
You sell some unusual items so it may be that your item cannot actually be exported to Germany.
Wait a few days and hopefully, the issue will resolve itself.
Either, the item will be delivered to the buyer and tracking will update.
Or, you may hear that the item cannot be exported, has been retained by Pitney Bowes, and the buyer has been refunded.
