Global Shipping Programme

I have setup the Global Shipping on my seller account and selected Global Shipping in the item listings. I am based in the UK and using ebay.co.uk

 

When I look at the listing from a machine based in the Netherlands and ask to purchase the item, after typing in the address to send the item to in the Netherlands I get the message:

 

Unfortunately, this seller won't post to your location. Please update your delivery address and try again.

 

Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong. I have reported this to Ebay support but been waiting just over a week now for a response.

Global Shipping Programme

This problem crops up regularly.   It might be that global shipping has an issue with the item you're selling.    You could put direct postage to the EU on your listing instead.  

 

Also make sure you have no exclusions on here:
