Global Shipping Program

I filed a claim with the Global Shipping Program for the item that did not arrive to the buyer. The tracking indicates that the package was damaged in transfer and an empty box arrived to the hub in the US. I have the claim number. However, 3 month later I still have not heard of any resolution and there was no refund even though I had to refund the buyer. Is there anything that I can do to get the refund?

If an item is lost under the GSP after it has left the hub then sellers are not responsible.

The buyer opens a not received dispute and you make sure ebay know the tracking says Delivered to the hub

You have to make sure ebay knew it was gsp and have tracking showing Delivered to the hub

You have to make sure it is on the item in your sold section and on any not received dispute.

If the item was lost or damaged after leaving the hub then ebay refunds the buyer and you keep the payment

Did you refund yourself?

Sounds as though you refunded.

Pointless using GSP, if you refund, as one benefit is that once delivered to the GSP hub, they are then responsible for any damage or loss.
