Hi ,please help someone I was promised a refund once I sent the item back it was over the returns policy but the seller said that I could send it back as I had a reason for sending it back we have been communicating and they said for me to send it back so I've paid for it to be sent back they have received it I've sent them all the confirmation now they've said that because it's over the 30 days that I need to open a dispute with eBay how on Earth do I do this they did not tell me this while contacting me about returning the item they promised me I would have a refund what do I do

It's too late to open a case on ebay. All you can do is try contacting your payment provider about a refund. If you used your credit card or something like Paypal you might be OK.

You can't open a case with ebay more than 30 days after delivery, your seller probably knows this.
You have a problem ebay can't help with.
