Getting paid for untracked deliveries under £10

So I understand that "funds for Untracked items under £10 will be available if the buyer leaves positive feedback meaning they've received the item." What exactly is meant by under £10? Is it the item price I've set or order total? Or order earnings?

See here quote from ebay: I take it as orders placed to the value of £10 or under

• For untracked, single-quantity, single-item orders priced £10 or less, funds will be available after positive feedback is received from the buyer, or 14 days from the order date, whichever comes first.

Yes, I've read the ebay article on getting paid. Is that to mean order total as opposed to subtotal or earnings or any other combination I've referred to?
