Getting hold of Ebay customer services

Hello - I am in the UK and trying  to return an item that is not as described.  The online return system stops half way through as the box to  'confirm return' is greyed out even though all details have been filled.

When I try and contact customer services via webchat the system only give me option of entering US or Canadian phonr number and so I cant proceed.

Is there a way to contact Ebay customer services in the UK? - please help

Weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Weekends they open between 9 a.m. aand 6 p.m.

It sound as if you may have been on the .com site.

Before you contact ebay that then sign out of ebay and them sign back in making sure you put ebay.co.uk just to see if that is the problem
