Bought this phone for my daughters birthday arrived on the 17th July 2024.
Messages to seller 27th October 2024 and 21st November 2024.
This phone has completely gone wrong now. I sent you a message before on the 27th October but you have not replied. I have contacted Samsung for it to be repaired under warranty but have been informed that this phone was not purchased in the UK or EU so they will not repair it. I have purchased this phone from you in the UK so you are selling some sort of import which is fraudulent as there is no warranty so I am requesting a full refund.

Have spent ages on ebay how to contact them but with no luck would be very grateful for any help.
This seller should be struck off or make it clear there is no manufactures warranty with the product.
If this this is not resolved I will never buy another item from ebay.
