Hi 

Please can someone help

I have had an ebay account for many years. But now I want to sell some items,  I used my PayPal account for payment many years ago but now it's changed.. I see when  I click payment it asks  Credit Card or debit card.  then it asks  check out or auction/offer.. it doesnt ask for bank account.  What am I not understanding 😃

Yep,  there's been many very big changes.  Firstly you need to register for eBay's Managed Payments now as PayPal has not been used for the receiving of payouts for eBay for many years now.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

Hiya 

Thank you. I've just added details for it i want to buy.. but still no drop down for bank account..  I understand about no PayPal, simple delivery etc as I've seen nieces account but she was able to add her bank for payout.. so do I have to buy something 1st  so I can pay someone because it's not asking me to add a bank account to get verified  am I been thick😂
